P URSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General
Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the forty-fourth
year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and in-
tituled "The Marriage Act, 1880," the following names of
Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are
published for general information:-

The Reverend John Farquharson Jones.
Congregational Independents.
The Reverend R. J. Williams.
United Methodist Free Churches.
The Reverend John Wesley Griffin.

In the matter of the will of PATRICK FINNEGAN, late of
Dunedin, deceased.

IT is hereby notified that the above will has been finally
accepted, in accordance with the provisions of "The
Public Trust Office Act, 1872," and that the Public Trustee
is the Executor appointed under the said will.

REMARKS.-Showery first few days, and strong N.W. wind,
then fine weather with S.E. wind up to 12th, when rain
commenced and continued to evening of 14th, 1.70in. re-
corded on 14th for previous twenty-four hours; the remainder
of month fine with occasional showers, wind chiefly
southerly, and strong from that quarter on 22nd, and from
N.W. on 25th and 26th. Some very warm weather at times;
lightning on night of 28th in south. Maximum temperature
in shade, 79; minimum, 47.5. Mean temperature of dew-
point, 57.3; mean humidity, 88.
