THE TIMARU TANNERY AND BOOT FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held on the 13th day of December, 1890, a resolution was passed that it was advisable to wind up the company voluntarily; and Messrs. EDMUND TIPPING and JOHN WILLIAM SMITH ZIESLER, both of Timaru, were appointed Liquidators, for the purpose of winding-up the affairs of the company and distributing its property; and the remuneration of the Liquidators was fixed at 5 per cent. on the amount collected from accounts, calls, and proceeds of stock and plant.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company, held on Friday, the 27th day of February, 1891, a resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders, held on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 1891, “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882;’ and that Gerald O’Halloran, of Auckland, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up,” was confirmed.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of MATTHEWS AND CO. (LIMITED), carrying on business in the City of Christchurch as Vinegar, Pickle, and Sauce Manufacturers.
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting, duly convened, of the shareholders of the above-named Matthews and Co. (Limited), held on the 18th day of February, 1891, an extraordinary resolution was duly proposed, seconded, and carried unanimously, to the effect following, that is to say,—
“That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of the company and its shareholders that this company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is advisable to wind up the same, and that it be wound up accordingly.”
And notice is hereby further given that at the said meeting Mr. GEORGE HUTCHINSON, of the City of Christchurch, Accountant and Commission Agent, was duly appointed Liquidator of the said company.
