Crown Lands Office,
Auckland, 17th February, 1891.

IT is hereby notified that the suburban lands enumerated
in the Schedule hereunder will be offered for sale by
public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the 24th March,
1891, at 11 a.m.

MANUKAU COUNTY.

Suburbs of Pokeno.

Suburbs of Weymouth.

Plans of the sections may be seen, and further information
obtained, on application at the Crown Lands Office, Customs
Street, Auckland.

Terms of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be
paid at close of sale, and the balance within thirty days
thereafter; otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by
way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the
sale of the land shall henceforth be null and void.

Crown-grant fee, £1, to be paid on completion of purchase.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 188 of “The
Land Act, 1885,” that the runs hereunder enume-
rated will be declared forfeited if the amount of rent due,
together with the penalty, be not paid to the Receiver of
Land Revenue within three months from the date of inser-
tion of this notice:—
Run No. 28, John Allen, Waitaka River.
Run No. 43, Mulvaney and Holsten, Makawito River.
Run No. 64, Edward Ryan, Wakapohai River.

I hereby declare that the following runs are forfeited
for non-payment of rent, namely:—

pawa Survey District.
Run No. 13, 2,500 acres, situated at Waikakaho, Cloudy
Bay Survey District.
Run No. 29, 1,400 acres, situated at Waikakaho, Cloudy
Bay Survey District.
