DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore carried on by JOHN ALFRED O'NEILL and JOHN EDWARD WILSON, under the style or firm of “O’Neill and Wilson,” at Hawera, in the Colony of New Zealand, in the trade or business of Cabinetmakers, has been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to or by the late firm will be received or paid, as the case may be, by John Edward Wilson.

As witness our hands, this 16th day of February, 1891.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the Silver King Silver- and Lead-mining Company (Limited), in liquidation.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company, under the direction of the Supreme Court, was on the 26th day of February, 1891, presented to Mr. Justice Denniston, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Samuel Manning, of Christchurch, Gentleman, one of the contributories of the said company, and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 31st day of March, 1891; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous of opposing the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
