RESULT of poll in respect of borrowing Β£3,800 to form, grade, bridge, and metal the Stratford-Opunake Road from Hastings Road to Rowan Road:
Number of voters on roll of special area, each exercising one vote, 50; number of voters in favour, 27; number of voters against, nil.
More than half the voters on the roll, representing more than half the exercisable votes, having voted in favour of the proposal, I declare it carried.
