SCHEDULE.
BOROUGH OF HAMILTON.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Allotment No. 59A of the Town of Hamilton West, and containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Tisdall Street, 400 links; towards the south-east by Allotment No. 59 of the Town of Hamilton West, 500 links; towards the south-west by said Allotment No. 59 and Allotment No. 407 of the said town, 400 links; and towards the north-west by Allotments Nos. 445 and 451 of the said town; 500 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid link-ages more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-third day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

Regulations for Deer-shooting, Otago.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by "The Animals Protection Act, 1880," and "The Animals Protection Act Amendment Act, 1881," His Excellency William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby notify that deer (bucks or stags only) may be shot and killed within the boundaries of the Otago Acclimatisation Society's district, subject to the following regulations and restrictions, namely:--
REGULATIONS.
- Licenses to shoot and kill deer (bucks or stags only) in the Otago Acclimatisation Society's district, except within the area hereinafter described, will be issued under the hand of the Chief Postmaster at Dunedin, on the recommendation of the Secretary of the Otago Acclimatisation Society, and for every such license a fee of Β£2 sterling will be charged.
The said Chief Postmaster is hereby appointed and authorised to issue and sign the said licenses.

Every such license shall entitle the person named therein to kill bucks or stags only between the days of the 7th March, 1891, and the 30th April, 1891.

No hind or fawn will be allowed to be killed on any pretext whatever, and no dogs will be allowed to accompany either the licensee or any attendant he may have with him.

The licensee must give notice to the said Chief Postmaster of the date on which it is his intention to stalk deer; such notice to be posted, or delivered, or telegraphed three clear days before such date.

Nothing herein contained shall extend to authorising any person to sell any deer or portion thereof.

No deer shall be shot within an area containing about 24,800 acres in one block, being parts of the Mid-Hawea, Longslip, Lower Hawea, and Lindis Districts; and plans of which area will be issued by the Secretary of the Otago Acclimatisation Society to persons to whom licenses to shoot deer are granted.

Certain Local Bodies to have Authority under Licensing Acts.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the fifth section of "The Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1882," and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local bodies named in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have authority, for the purposes of the said Act and "The Licensing Act, 1881," throughout the licensing districts named in the second column of the Schedule hereto respectively, and to make all necessary appointments and do all things necessary for the conduct of elections within the said licensing districts.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
PETER BARRIE and
GEORGE WINLOVE
to be Trustees, in the place of J. Palmer, deceased, and W. L. Newman, who has left the colony, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waipukurau Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the twelfth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.
