"The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act, 1881," and the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at Marton, on the 7th day of March, 1891, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said cases, and having objections to the said dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has this day been made to the Court by Hoani Meihana Rangiotu for a grant of letters of administration, with the will annexed, of the estate, effects, and credits of Enereta te Rangiotu, deceased.
The property mentioned in the will consists of shares in the following lands, viz.: Puketotara, 20 acres; Hikatoto, 300 acres; Mangawhero, 100 acres; Rotonuiahau, 36 acres; Mangaone, 4 acres; Aorangi No. 1, Section 4; Te Kohanga, 426 acres; Aorangi Taonui 3A, 43 acres 2 roods 25 perches; Pukehou No. 5, No. 1, 560 acres; Rangiuru, 5 acres; Tuwhakatupua No. 1, 26 acres.
The solicitors for the applicant are Messrs. Baker and Cooke, Palmerston North.

HUGH GARDEN SETH-SMITH, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888," give notice that on the 10th day of December, 1890, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto became owned within the meaning of the said Act.
And, further, that dealings with the said lands, apart from any other restriction upon alienation to which the same may be subject, ceased to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the 20th day of January, 1891.
