NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of sections 202 and 216 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at 204, Cashel Street, Christchurch, on Monday, the 13th day of April, 1891, at 3 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining, by extraordinary resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE is hereby given that this Council proposes to stop the road leading from the main road at Ruangarehu I. to the Waipaoa River, and to provide in lieu thereof a new road through Ruangarehu H1.
Any person having any objection to the stopping of this road, or the taking of the land for a new road, must send notice of their objection to the office of the Council on or before the 20th February, 1891.
