THE GREAT NORTHERN DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.

ALL creditors of the above-named company in liquidation are hereby requested to lodge their claims with the undersigned Liquidator, at his office, Ballarat Street, Queenstown, Otago, on or before Saturday, the 31st instant, otherwise they will be precluded from participating in the proceeds of the estate.

THE GREAT NORTHERN DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an adjourned extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-referred-to company (being an adjourned meeting under section 38 of the Regulations for Management of a Company limited by Shares, under “The Companies Act, 1882,” from the 9th instant) held at the registered office of the company, Queenstown, on the 16th day of January, 1891, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, the requisite number of shareholders to form a quorum being present, it was unanimously resolved that the resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Great Northern Dredging Company (Limited) convened and held at the registered office of the company, Queenstown, on the 24th day of December, 1890,—that the company be wound up voluntarily in accordance with “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the respective amendments thereof,—be confirmed; and notice is further given that at the said adjourned meeting Franz William Frederick Geisow, of Queenstown, Accountant, was duly appointed Liquidator of the said company.

SELWYN COPPER AND MANGANESE MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed at a general meeting of the Shareholders in the said company, held at the Market Hotel, Christchurch, on the 22nd day of December, 1890, and that the same was confirmed at a subsequent general meeting held at the same place on the 19th day of January, 1891:—

“That the Selwyn Copper and Manganese Mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.” And a resolution was also passed and confirmed at such several meetings that Messrs. E. S. Leversedge and A. Pullan, both of Christchurch, be Liquidators of the said company.
