No. 4293.—MARK SAUNDERS, of Timaru, New Zealand, Farmer, CHARLES HENRY INGLIS, of Christchurch, New Zealand, Merchant, and JAMES GRANGER, of Timaru, aforesaid, Accountant and Agent. An invention for the rapid loading into drays or other vehicles of grain or other material, the title of this invention being “The Universal Rapid Harvester.”

No. 4295.—WILLIAM HODGE, of Timaru, New Zealand, Blacksmith. An invention for straining fencing-wire, to be called “Hodge’s Patent Wire-strainer.”

No. 4773.—HENRY C. MOIR, of Summer Hill, near Sydney, New South Wales, Doctor of Medicine. An invention for improvements in reversible seats for railway-cars and for other purposes.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” that the runs hereunder enumerated will be declared forfeited if the amount of rent due, together with the penalty, be not paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue within three months from the date of insertion of this notice :—

Run No. 43, Mulvaney and Holsten, Makawito River.
Run No. 64, Edward Ryan, Wakapohai River.
