Sitting of Commissioners' Court.

In the matter of “The Native Land Court Acts Amendment Act, 1889,” and “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1890.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting appointed by the Commissioners appointed under the twentieth section of “The Native Land Court Acts Amendment Act, 1889,” to be held at Tauranga, on the 23rd day of March, 1891, will not be held ; and notice is hereby further given that the Commissioners appointed under the twentieth section of “The Native Land Court Acts Amendment Act, 1889,” will, pursuant to the said Act, hold an open Court of Inquiry at the Courthouse, in the Government Buildings, at the Town of Tauranga, on Tuesday, the 27th day of January, 1891, at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon ; and notice is hereby further given that at such Court of Inquiry the said Commissioners will inquire into all the circumstances attending the alleged alienations and acquisitions of land, or of any interest therein, which are specified in the Schedule hereto, and in respect of which applications for inquiry have been duly made to the said Commissioners pursuant to the above-mentioned Acts and to the rules made thereunder.
