rely in support of the said claim, have been deposited by me
with the Clerk of the Resident Magistrate's Court at Tau-
ranga, where the same are open for public inspection without
payment of any fee.
And notice is hereby further given that every person
desiring to be heard in opposition to my said claim is re-
quired to file and serve notice of such opposition, and of the
grounds thereof, fourteen days at least before the day which
shall be appointed for hearing my said claim, and in the
form and in manner prescribed by the rules made by the
said Commissioners.
And notice is hereby further given that my address for
service is at 5, Wyndham Street, in the Town of Auckland.

"THE NATIVE LAND COURT ACTS AMENDMENT
ACT, 1889."
NOTICE is hereby given that I, HUGO FRIEDLANDER, of
Ashburton, Merchant, claiming to have purchased or
acquired the parcels of land situate at Tauranga, and known
as Waimanu Nos. 1 and 1c and Poripori No. 1 Blocks, have,
on the 15th day of September, 1890, left at the office, in the
Government Buildings at the City of Wellington, of the
Registrar of the Native Land Court for the District of Wel-
ington, the place appointed in that behalf by the Commis-
sioners appointed under section 20 of the above-mentioned
Act, applications, pursuant to the said Act and to the rules
made by the said Commissioners thereunder, that the said
Commissioners shall inquire into all the circumstances
attending the said alleged alienation or acquisition of the
said interests in the said land.
And notice is hereby further given that certified copies of

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between G. F. HILL
and J. F. CRUICKSHANK, under the style and firm of
"Hill and Cruickshank," Turf Agents, has this day been
dissolved. The undersigned G. F. Hill will carry on the
business as before.

I, FREDERICK GEORGE MORGAN, Registrar, at Inver-
cargill, of the Supreme Court, for the District of
Otago and Southland, do hereby notify that an affidavit, a
copy of which is hereunder given, by Henry Wilson, Chair-
man of the Hokonui Coal-mining Company (Limited), has
been lodged in the Resident Magistrate's Court at Inver-
cargill, and forwarded to me; and that, unless notice of
objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date,
I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved,
in manner provided by "The Companies Act, 1882."

shares of one pound each. -
That the shares have been fully paid up.

That the company has no assets, and has ceased to

per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act the
charge is 2s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should
be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post office orders are
issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
No ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
