tion obtained, on application at the Crown Lands Office,
Customs Street, Auckland.

Terms of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be
paid at time of sale, and the balance within thirty days
thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid
by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the
sale of the land shall henceforward be null and void.
Crown-grant fee (usually £1) to be paid on completion of
purchase.

Allocation of Rents under Partition Orders.

Whanganui, 1st December, 1890.
NOTICE is hereby given that at the present sitting of
the Court at Marton, on Tuesday, the 16th day of
December next ensuing, the Court will proceed to hear and
inquire into an application to declare the proportions of the
rent payable under a certain deed of lease of the Mangatipoua
East Block (whereof one Finlay McLean is the lessee) to the
respective parties appearing severally entitled to the sub-
divisions of the said block, in virtue of orders in partition
made by the Court on the 20th day of September, 1889; and
to make orders directing that separate payments be made
by the said lessee of such proportions to such parties re-
spectively.
