Gold-mining Lease cancelled.
Mines Department,
Wellington, 7th November, 1890.
IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to pronounce the under-mentioned gold-mining lease cancelled, and that the ground is now open for application as if no lease of the said ground had ever been applied for:-
Hugh Moran, for the Maid of Erin Gold-mining Company; Section 17, Block II., Waitakerei District. No. 1294.

Native Land Court Notices.
Notice under "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888."
I, HUGH GARDEN SETH-SMITH, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888," give notice that, on the 3rd day of October, 1890, the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto became owned within the meaning of the said Act.
And, further, that dealings with the said land, apart from any other restriction upon alienation to which the same may be subject, will cease to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the 19th day of November, 1890.
