I, , of , do solemnly and sincerely declare that, to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, the estate, effects, and credits of the deceased to be administered by me are under the value of £ ; that I will exhibit unto this Court a true, full, and perfect inventory of all the estate, effects, and credits of the deceased on or before the day of , 18 ; and that I will file a true account of my administratorship on or before the day of , 18 . WHEREAS the said lately departed this life, leaving a will, which has been duly proved in this Court: And whereas no executor is named in that will: You are therefore fully empowered and authorised by these presents to administer the estate and effects of the said deceased, and to demand and recover whatever debts may belong to his estate, and pay whatever debts the deceased did owe, and also the legacies contained in the said will, so far as such estate and effects shall extend; you having already solemnly declared that you will well and faithfully administer the same, and exhibit a true and perfect inventory of all the estate and effects unto this Court on or before the day of next, and also file a true account of your administration thereof on or before the day of , 18 . And you are therefore by these presents constituted administrator with the will annexed of all the estate and effects of the said deceased.

No. 54.—ADMINISTRATION BOND.

KNOW all men, by these presents, that we , of , are held and firmly bound unto , Registrar of the Native Land Court for the said district, in the sum of £ , for which payment well and truly to be made to the said , or to such Registrar for the time being, we do, and each of us doth, bind ourselves and each of us, and the heirs, executors, and administrators of us, and of each of us, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Whereas, by order of this Court, of the day of , it is ordered that letters of administration of the estate, effects, and credits of , deceased, be granted to the said , on his giving security for the due administration thereof: And whereas hath declared that, to the best of knowledge, information, and belief, the said estate, effects, and credits are under the value of £ :

IN exercise and pursuance of the power and authorities vested in me by the ninth section of “The Land Acts Amendment Act, 1888,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
CHARLES WILLIAM ADAMS, Esquire, Chief Surveyor of the Land District of Otago;
JAMES PILLANS MAITLAND, Esquire, Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District of Otago; and
HENRY CLARKE, Esquire,
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural land in the Land District of Otago known as the undermentioned runs, as provided by section nine of “The Land Acts Amendment Act, 1888,” aforesaid:—

Trustees appointed for the Control of the Kaitangata Public Cemetery.

ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule, in the place of Messrs. Darling, Beattie, Smith, Stevens, Kelly, and others.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, situate in the Town of Kaitangata, being Sections Nos. 13 and 14, Block V., containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 11 and 16, 250 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 12, 200 links; towards the south-east by Salcombe Street, 250 links; and towards the south-west by Section No. 15, 200 links.
Also all that parcel of land in the said Town of Kaitangata, being Section No. 15, Block V., containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 16, 125 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 14, 200 links; towards the south-east by Salcombe Street, 125 links; and towards the south-west by Torquay Street, 200 links. |
