THE following special orders, made by the Fitzherbert Road Board, are published in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Fitzherbert Road Board, at a Meeting held on Monday, the 13th October, 1890.

THAT a special rate of one and twenty-three thirty-seconds of a penny in the pound be made on the value of the following properties: Sections 305 to 314, part 315 and part 316, and Sections 323 to 331 inclusive, Blocks III., VI., VII., and VIII., Arawaru Survey District, for the purpose of paying interest and other charges on a loan of £500, borrowed under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for the construction of the Kohuterawa Road; such rate to be annually-recurring for twenty-six years, and payable at the Board’s office, Palmerston North, in two instalments, viz., on the 1st February and the 1st August in each year.

I hereby certify that the foregoing special order has been duly made by the Fitzherbert Road Board, as required by “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”
