BELFORD FLOUR-MILLS, TIMARU.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership in the business of the Belford Flour-mills, Timaru, between CHARLES WESLEY TURNER, JOHN JACKSON, and DAVID HASTINGS BROWN, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 30th June last, so far as regards the said D. H. Brown.
The business is now being carried on by the undersigned solely on their own account.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, carrying on business as TUSTIN BROTHERS, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will be carried on under the old title of “Tustin Brothers” by Mr. W. G. Tustin, to whom all debts are to be paid, and who will pay all amounts due by the firm.

UPON the petition of the above-named company, on the 11th day of September, 1890, preferred unto a Judge of the Supreme Court, and upon hearing counsel for the petitioner, and upon reading the said petition and affidavit of William Freeman Kitchen, Secretary of the said company, filed the 13th day of September, 1890, verifying the said petition, and an affidavit of Duncan Moore, filed the 29th day of September, 1890, His Honour Mr. Justice Williams doth order that the Zealandia Publishing Company (Limited) above named be wound up by this Court under the provisions of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the Acts amending the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company, held at Macrae’s, in the Provincial District of Otago, on the 26th day of September, 1890, an extraordinary resolution was duly passed, “That it has been shown to the satisfaction of the above-named company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the same be wound up voluntarily forthwith.”

BY an order made by His Honour Mr. Justice Edwards in the above matter, dated the 14th day of October, 1890, on the petition of Orlando William Oldham, carrying on business at Patea, as Meat-preserver, under the style of the Western Packing and Carrying Company, it was ordered that the said Wellington Co-operative Butchery Company (Limited) should be wound up by the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington District, under the provisions of “The Companies Act, 1882.”

NOTICE OF APPLICATION.—“THE NATIVE LAND COURT ACTS AMENDMENT ACT, 1889.”

NOTICE is hereby given that I, EDWIN BARNES WALKER, of Mona Vale, Cambridge, in the District of Waikato, New Zealand, Settler, claiming to have purchased or acquired the interests of Aremete te Waharoa (whose successor is Hakiriwhi te Purewa) and Tarika te Hura in the parcel of land situate at Orakau, in the District of Waikato aforesaid, called or known as the Puahue Block, containing 8,612 acres or thereabout, have, on the 17th day of September, 1890, left at the office, in the Government Buildings, at the City of Wellington, of the Registrar of the Native Land Court for the District of Wellington, the place appointed in that behalf by the Commissioners appointed under section 20 of the above-mentioned Act, an application, pursuant to the said Act and to the rules made by the said Commissioners thereunder, that the said Commissioners shall inquire into all the circumstances attending the said alleged alienation or acquisition of the said interests in the said land.
And notice is hereby further given that certified copies of such application, and of every instrument in writing, order of the Native Land Court, and other document upon which I rely in support of the said claim, have been deposited by me with the Clerk of the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Cambridge aforesaid, where the same are open for public inspection without payment of any fee.
And notice is hereby further given that every person desiring to be heard in opposition to my said claim is required to file and serve notice of such opposition, and of the grounds thereof, fourteen days at least before the day which shall be appointed for hearing my said claim, and in the form and in manner prescribed by the rules made by the said Commissioners.
And notice is hereby further given that my address for service is at the office of Messrs. Hesketh and Richmond, Solicitors, Wyndham Street, in the Town of Auckland, in New Zealand.
