NOTICE is hereby given that tenders for the right to occupy the under-mentioned Crown lands for grazing purposes only, without any right of cropping, will be received at this office up to Monday, the 10th November, 1890. Every tender must be accompanied by a post-office order or marked cheque for ten and a half months' rent to the 1st October, 1891, at the rate tendered. No compensation for improvements will be given at expiration of tenancy :—
Reserve 282, and part of old Railway Reserve adjoining the Rangitata River, estimated to contain 20 acres. Upset annual rental, £1. Subject to right of road up to river. Yearly tenancy.
Village reserve on south side of railway, two and a half miles south-west of Rangitata Station, 85 acres. Upset annual rental, £4 5s. License subject to six months' notice, and renewable from year to year for five years if the land is not required by Government for any purpose.

NOTICE is hereby given that tenders for the occupation for grazing purposes only, without the right of cropping, of the under-mentioned lands, will be received at this office up to 5 p.m. on Monday, the 10th November, 1890. The licenses will be annually renewed by the Land Board for a period of seven years, unless the land is required by Government for any purpose, but will be terminated on six months' notice if required for the purpose of granting to the Midland Railway Company or being otherwise dealt with. Every tender must be accompanied by marked cheque or post-office order for four and a half months' rent to the 1st April, 1891, at the rate tendered :—
Reserves 158 and 2016, Hurunui, Lots 3 and 4, 89 acres 3 roods 18 perches. Upset annual rental, £11 14s. 6d.
