NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Temuka Butter, Cheese, and Bacon-curing Factory Company (Limited), held in the Wallingford Hotel, Temuka, on the 5th September, 1890, the following special resolution was confirmed and passed: “That the Temuka Butter, Cheese, and Bacon-curing Factory Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.” And notice is hereby further given that the undersigned were, at the said meeting, appointed Liquidators for that purpose.

And notice is further given that the business will be henceforth carried on by the said William Henry Valpy, senior, William Henry Valpy, junior, and Ernest Every Valpy alone, under the style of “Valpy and Company,” who will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities, and receive all money payable to the said late firm.
