NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this office within two months from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

ISAAC EDWARD TAYLOR, Applicant.—225 acres, more or less, known as the Kauhouroa No. 1 Block; also 440 acres, more or less, known as the Kauhouroa Block No. 2; also 50 acres, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 116, Wairoa Military Settlement; also 50 acres, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 117, Wairoa Military Settlement; also 50 acres, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 118, Wairoa Military Settlement; also 40 acres, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 120, Wairoa Military Settlement. WHEREAS a dealing affecting Lease No. 100, from WILLIAM RATHBONE to GEORGE HENRY SWAN, of Town Section 301, Napier, has been presented for registration, and evidence of the loss of the duplicate of such lease has been adduced: Now notice is hereby given that I shall, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, register such dealing without requiring the duplicate lease to be produced.
