WHEREAS a dealing affecting Lease No. 100, from WILLIAM RATHBONE to GEORGE HENRY SWAN, of Town Section 301, Napier, has been presented for registration, and evidence of the loss of the duplicate of such lease has been adduced: Now notice is hereby given that I shall, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, register such dealing without requiring the duplicate lease to be produced.
