Vaccination Districts constituted.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by “The Public Health Act, 1876,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts known as the Mahurangi and Waiwera Districts; and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into three vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Puhoi, Mahurangi, and Waiwera Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of “The Marriage Act, 1880.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-second day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Dunsandel Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.
