IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to pronounce the under-mentioned special claim cancelled, and that the ground is now open for application as if no lease of the said ground had ever been applied for:—
Special Claim No. 1512, of Section 34, Block III, Tainui Survey District, held by Messrs. Cuff and Graham.

Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

WHEREAS declarations have been lodged with me, made on behalf of the registered Proprietor of Allotment 8, Block IX., Township of Musselburgh, of the loss of the certificate of title for the said land, dated the 4th day of September, 1878, Register-book, Vol. xlii., folio 142: I hereby give notice that I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title for the said land to JOSEPH HAMBLETON, late of Dunedin, now of Greymouth, Engineer, the registered Proprietor thereof, unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declaration of the destruction of the following titles, viz., Sections 12, 13, 14, Block XXXIX., Section 15, Block LIII., and Section 22, Block II., Town of Invercargill; also Sections 50, 52, and 65, Block XV., Hundred of Invercargill; and also Allotment 1 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 26, has been made by AUGUSTUS EDWARD STANLEY CARR, of Invercargill, Bank Manager, and application made for the issue of provisional certificates for the same, it is my intention to issue such certificates, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of the gazetting of this notice.
