visions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same in each case within one calendar

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special reso-
lution was passed unanimously at an extraordinary
general meeting of shareholders in the Salt-water Beach
Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held at the registered
office of the company, 205, Hereford Street, Christchurch,
on the 12th day of August, 1890, and that the same was
confirmed at a subsequent general meeting held on the 27th
August, 1890 :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily ; and that
Mr. E. S. Leversedge be appointed Liquidator of the com-
pany ; and that the remuneration of the Liquidator be £10.”

the City of Wellington as Auctioneers and Commission
Agents, under the style of “NOBLE CAMPBELL AND CO.,” was
this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due by the
late firm will be paid by Adolphus Henry Noble Campbell
and Edward Frederick Noble Campbell (who will in future
carry on the business under the said style of “Noble Camp-
