NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between the undersigned as Carriers and
Sheep-farmers, at Puketapu, under the firm of BICKNELL
BROTHERS, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from
the 30th day of June, 1890. The carrying business will be
carried on as heretofore by John Bicknell, and the grazing
business by Joseph Bicknell. All accounts due by the late
copartnership will be paid by the said Joseph Bicknell, who
will receive all moneys owing to the late firm.
Dated at Napier, this 23rd day of August, 1890.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned JOHN MILL,
PETER JOHN SHEA, and NICHOLAS CARL SCHUMACHER, carry-
ing on business as Stevedores, at Dunedin, Port Chalmers,
Oamaru, and Timaru, under the style or firm of "John Mill
and Co.," has this day determined by effluxion of time. The
said John Mill has purchased the interests of the said
Peter John Shea and Nicholas Carl Schumacher in the
assets and goodwill of the said business, and will continue
the said business under the present style or firm of "John
Mill and Co."
As witness our hands, this 9th day of August, 1890.

NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has
for some time past been carried on by the undersigned,
THOMAS BRANTON and JAMES GLEESON, under the firm of
"Branton and Gleeson," at Waverley, in the trade or busi-
ness of Flax-millers, was this day dissolved by mutual con-
sent. The business of the late partnership will in future be
carried on by the said Thomas Branton, by whom all debts
due to and by the said late partnership will be received and
paid.

charge is 2s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
