The attention of intending tenderers is directed to the terms and conditions of contract printed at the back of the tender forms; and more especially to Clauses Nos. 6, 9, 10, 11, 15, 17, and 19.

Contractors whose tenders may be accepted must be prepared to carry out the services for which they tender according to time-tables framed by the department.

Forms of tender, with the terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any post office.

No tender will be considered unless made on the printed form.

Tenders, indorsed “Tender for Mail Service, No. ,” to be addressed to the Chief Postmaster of the postal district to which the tender may specially refer.

Sitting of Court to hear and determine upon Applications for Rehearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting with an Assessor, will, in open Court, at Palmerston North, on Monday, the 25th day of August, 1890, hear and determine upon the application for rehearing upon the decision of the Native Land Court mentioned in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said application are required to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court will, with an Assessor, attend at the Courthouse, Palmerston North, on Monday, the 25th day of August, 1890, and make inquiry into the sales of the parcels of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, made by the persons named in the second column, to the persons named in the third column, on the dates respectively mentioned in the fourth column, and upon such inquiry orders will be made as may seem fit.

Runs Nos. 34, Kawhaka, 9,500 acres; 46, Turnbull, 13,000 acres; 51, Wataroa, 20,000 acres; 53, Matakitaki Range, 13,000 acres (term, twenty-one years); 62, Diedrich’s Range, 8,500 acres; 65, Blue River, 15,000 acres; 66, Jackson’s River, 12,000 acres; 68, Stafford River, 10,000 acres; 85, Mount Sale Range, 8,000 acres; 86, Mount Reeves Range, 11,000 acres; 88, Meta Range, 10,000 acres.
