NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month from the date of the gazetting of this notice.

ISABELLA STANFORD.—10 acres 1 rood 28 perches, Lots 14, 15, 18, and 19, Georgetown Paddocks. Unoccupied. No. 2413.

AT a general meeting of the Mount Rangitoto Silver-mining Company (Limited), in liquidation, held at Hokitika, 25th July, 1890, for the consideration of the accounts of the Official Liquidator, it was resolved, “That the meeting is of opinion that the affairs of the said company have been fairly wound up under the provisions of ‘The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860.’”
