Land Transfer Act Notices.
A PPLICATION having been made to register a dealing
affecting Mortgage No. 8851, JOSEPH CLARK and
BENJAMIN EDE to JOHN THOMAS MATSON, and a
statutory declaration of the loss of the original mortgage
having been lodged with me, I hereby give notice that I will
dispense with the production of the said mortgage, and
register such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
