Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Hunter ville Public Cemetery.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
William Floyd. HUNTERVILLE. All that piece or parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 7 perches, more or less, being Section No. 43, Township of Hunter ville, Ongo Survey District. Bounded on the north by a public road, 509 links; on the east by Section No. 42, 961 links; on the south by Rural Section No. 45, 500 links; and on the west by Section No. 44, 1057 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
