Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that Tuesday, the 27th day of May, 1890, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon, has been fixed by the said Commissioners as the time, and the building situate in Gladstone Road, in the Town of Gisborne, and known as Whinray’s Hall, as the place, for the inquiry into all the circumstances attending the said alleged
