I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the No Town Dredging and Gold-mining Company
as a limited company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is to be the No Town Dredg-
    ing and Gold-mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is No Town Creek,
    in the County of Grey.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situate in
    Tainui Street, Greymouth, in this district.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is twenty-four
    thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one
    pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four
    thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire num-
    ber of shares in the company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is ten shillings per share.
  8. The name of the Manager is Robert William Russell.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,

    declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true,
    and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General
    Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The Justices of the
    Peace Act, 1882."

Private Advertisements.

In the matter of a Private Bill intituled "The Roman
Catholic Lands Act Extension Act, 1890."

NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made to
Parliament, at its next session, on behalf of the
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Wellington, for leave to
introduce a Bill to extend the provisions of "The Roman
Catholic Lands Act, 1876," and for other purposes.

By "The Roman Catholic Lands Act, 1876," the Roman
Catholic Bishop of each diocese in New Zealand was made a
corporation sole for the purpose of holding lands to himself
and his successors: the object of this Bill is to declare that the
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Wellington shall be deemed
to have the same powers as he had as Bishop of the same
diocese previous to his promotion as Archbishop; and also
to declare the said Archbishop to be an "office-bearer"
within the meaning of "The Religious, Charitable, and
Educational Trusts Act, 1856."

Copies of the above Bill will be deposited in the Examiner's
office on or before the 12th day of June, 1890.

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the
Shareholders of the Te Aro Theatre and Opera House
Company (Limited) will be held at the Royal Oak Hotel,
Manners Street, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 8th day of
July next, at 8 o'clock in the evening, for the purpose of
having laid before them an account showing the manner in
which the winding-up of the affairs of the company has been
conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and
for the purpose of hearing any explanation that may be given
by the Liquidators.

I, WILLIAM LAWRENCE SIMPSON, Manager of the Trustees,
Executors, and Agency Company of New Zealand
(Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare—

  1. That the liability of the company is limited.
  2. That the capital of the company is £50,000, divided into
    10,000 shares of £5 each.
  3. That the number of shares issued is 10,000.
  4. That calls to the amount of £1 per share have been
