I, WALTER HISLOP, of Palmerston, in the Provincial District of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, Bachelor of Medicine, hereby give you notice that I desire to be registered under "The Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1869," as a Medical Practitioner, and that I am a Bachelor of Medicine of the University of New Zealand: And I further give notice that I intend to apply to you to be registered on the 14th day of April, 1890, and that my diploma and a copy thereof, certified by a Justice of the Peace, are deposited for public inspection in the office of the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, at Dunedin, in the said Provincial District.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned EDWARD PIKE OSBORNE, EDMUND OSBORNE, and EDWARD GIESEN, in the business of Flax-dressers, at the Empress Mill, on the Titirangi Block, near Foxton, in the County of Manawatu, under the style or firm of "Osborne, Giesen and Co.," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Edward Giesen, who retires from the said firm.

William Macandrew, a former partner in the said firm, retired from the said firm on the 4th day of May, 1889.

The said Edward Pike Osborne and Edmund Osborne will continue the said business under the style of "Osborne and Co.," and will receive all debts due to and pay all debts owing by the said firm.

As witness our hands this 5th day of March, 1890.
