The whole of the land is within three and a half miles of either the Greenpark or the Rabbit Island Railway-stations, on the Little River Railway. The Ellesmere Flat is situated about eighteen miles from Christchurch, and is eminently fitted for grazing and dairy purposes, being within easy distance of the Taitapu Dairy Factory.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Gisborne on the 21st day of April, 1890, to hear and determine the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written in respect of which applications have been received by the Registrar, and all such other matters as may be brought before it.
And it is also hereby notified that copies of the said applications have been deposited for inspection in the office of the Resident Magistrate at Tolago Bay.
