Land Act Amendment Act, 1887," either for cash, on de-
ferred payments, or on perpetual lease, at the option of the
selector, on and after Thursday, the 3rd April, 1890 (with
possession on the 2nd May, 1890).
In cases where more than one application is received for
the same section on the same day, priority of choice will be
decided by priority of application; but, if two or more per-
sons shall apply at the same time for the same piece of land,
