In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the Northern Steamship Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, dated the 18th day of February, 1890, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £150,000 to £108,750, and the minute (approved by the Court) showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the said Act, were registered by the Registrar of Joint-stock Companies on the 21st day of February, 1890; and further take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following:—
The capital of the Northern Steamship Company (Limited) is £108,750, divided into 150,000 shares of 14s. 6d. each.
At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of 14s. 6d. has been and is to be deemed paid up on each of 12,495 shares called “A” shares, and the sum of 7s. has been and is to be deemed paid up on each of 104,289 shares called “B” shares, and upon 33,216 shares never issued by the company and called “C” shares no sum per share has been or is to be deemed to be paid up.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership for some time subsisting between us, the undersigned WALTER WILLIAM BACON and ALEXANDER SPEIRS in the businesses of Boardinghouse Proprietors and Hacklers of Tow, at Foxton, in the County of Manawatu, under the style of “Bacon and Speirs,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned WALTER WILLIAM BACON and ALEXANDER SPEIRS, in the businesses of Builders, Joiners, and Millwrights, at Foxton, in the County of Manawatu, under the style or firm of “Bacon and Speirs,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 3rd day of February, 1890.
The said Alexander Speirs will for the future carry on the businesses on his own account, and will receive all debts due to, and pay all debts owing by, the said late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that, under “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” the North Queensland Insurance Company (Limited), being a company incorporated within the Colony of New South Wales, intend to carry on the business of insurers of marine risks in Napier, in the Colony of New Zealand; and that the offices where such business is intended to be carried on, and where notices my be sent, communications made, and legal proceedings served, are situated in Shakespeare Road, in the said Town of Napier.
