Public Cemetery.
All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 22 perches, more or
less, situate in the Survey District of Thames, in the County
of Thames, being Sections No. 1A, 1B, and 2 of Block VIII.

perches, more or less; bounded towards the north-east by
Section 1 of a subdivision of the Waiwhatawhata Block, 190

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

south-west by a road, 1328 links; towards the north-west,
again towards the southwest, and again towards the
south-east by Section 80 of the Parish of Tauhoa, 1135, 1145,
