transfer from PATRICK COTTER, of Dunedin, Hotel-
keeper, to the PERPETUAL TRUSTEES ESTATE AND
AGENCY COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND (LIMITED),
of an estate, for years, in part of Section 12, Block XXX.,
Town of Dunedin, being part of land comprised in lease
filed in this office as No. 881, and evidence having been
lodged with me of the loss of the said lease, I hereby
give notice that I intend to register the said transfer, and
dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate-
lease, unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same
within fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.
