NOTICE is hereby given that Alexander Mackay, Esquire,
a Judge of the Native Land Court, will, with an
Assessor, sit at the Native Land Court Office, Wellington,
on Saturday, the 2nd day of November next, and make
inquiry respecting the applications of the persons named in
the first column of the Schedule hereto for the removal
of the restrictions on alienation of the lands named in the
second column, situate in the districts named in the third
column, and thereupon report as he shall think fit.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at the Native Land Court Office,
Wellington, on Saturday, the 2nd day of November, 1889,

place all persons interested in the said cases, and having

the first column of the Schedule hereto, claiming to be
beneficially interested in the lands mentioned in the second
column, situate in the district set out in the third column:
Notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be opened at
Cambridge, on the 29th day of November, 1889, the Native
Land Court will proceed to make inquiry into the nature
of the titles to the said lands, and into the nature of any
trusts affecting such titles, and to make such orders thereon
as may appear proper; and at such sitting all persons,
whether Native or European, claiming title to such lands,
or to any estate therein, are hereby required to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native
Land Court will be holden at Cambridge, on the 29th
day of November, 1889, for the purpose of ascertaining what
amount of compensation ought to be paid to the Native
owners of the land taken under Orders in Council, dated the
24th day of February, 1887, and the 12th day of June, 1888,
for road and railway purposes in the Maungakawa and Wai-
rere Survey Districts; and also for the purpose of ascertain-
ing who are the proper persons entitled to receive such
compensation.
