NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Rawene, Hokianga, on the 30th day of
October, 1889, for investigating the cases mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons
interested in the said cases, and having objections to any
of the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that Judge Barton, a Judge of
the Native Land Court, will, with an Assessor, sit at
the Courthouse, Gisborne, on Monday, the 4th day of No-
vember, 1889, and make inquiry into the circumstances of
the sale of the land called Whakaongaonga No. 5 Block,
containing 30 acres, made by Petera Honotapu to George
Mackie Williamson, and of a conveyance made on such
sale dated the 21st day of June, 1889, and, upon such in-
quiry, order will be made as may seem fit.
