the Southern Cross Tin-mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1886."

The name of the company is the Southern Cross Tin-
mining Company (Limited). -
The place of intended operations is at Pegasus, Stewart
Island. -
The registered office of the company will be situate in
Tay Street, Invercargill. -
The nominal capital of the company is three thousand
pounds, in six thousand shares of ten shillings cach. -
The number of shares subscribed for is four thousand
two hundred, being not less than two-thirds of the entire
number of shares in the company, upon each of which the
sum of seven shillings and sixpence is considered as paid up. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.
