prises all that area in the Provincial District of Wellington
which lies to the southward of the following boundary-line-
namely, commencing from the mouth of the Manawatu
River, and following the course of that river to the Manawatu
Gorge; thence in a direct line from such gorge to the mouth
of the Waimata River on the East Coast.
