I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Glenkens and Crystal Cave Quartz-mining Com-
pany as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is the Glenkens Quartz-
    mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is at Nenthorn, in the
    Provincial District of Otago.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situate
    at Leven Street, Naseby, in the said provincial district.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is ten thousand
    pounds, in twenty thousand shares of ten shillings each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty thou-
    sand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of
    shares in the company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is three thousand pounds,
    or three shillings per share.

THE NEW ZEALAND FROZEN MEAT AND
STORAGE COMPANY (LIMITED).
An extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company, duly convened and held at
the registered office of the company, situate near the Rail-
way Wharf, Auckland, on the 11th day of September, 1889,
the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:--
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meet-
ing that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up
the same; and accordingly that the company be wound up
voluntarily."
And at the same meeting GEORGE SCHWARTZ KISSLING
and ALFRED BUCKLAND were appointed Liquidators for the
purposes of such winding-up.
Dated at Auckland, this 12th day of September, 1889.

pointed ARTHUR D'OYLY BAYFEILD, of the City of Nelson, in
New Zealand, Commission Agent, to be Official Liquidator
