Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of Roads over Lands
in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drum-
mond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands
specified under warrants of the dates given in the said
Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 13 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more
or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and
being a road-line, 100 links wide, traversing the Waotu North
No. 1B Block (No. 52211b); commencing at a point on the
northern boundary of the Waotu No. 1c Block at a distance
of 1626.8 links or thereabouts from its north-eastern angle,
being the middle of the road above referred to; and thence
continuing north-westerly generally for a distance of 13768
links or thereabouts to its junction with a road at the
southern boundary of the Waotu No. 1A Block (containing
18 acres 1 rood 5 perches): be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 5065A and
5065B, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrant, 26th April, 1888.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 17 perches,
more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District,
and being a road-line, 100 links wide and varying in width,
traversing the Waotu North No. 3F (No. 52213f); commenc-
ing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Waotu North
No. 3F Block at a distance of 240 links or thereabouts from
its south-eastern angle, being the middle of the road above
referred to; and thence continuing westerly to the south-
western angle of the aforesaid block: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No.
5065B, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
Date of Governor's warrant, 26th April, 1888.
All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 18 acres 3 roods 6 perches
and 6 acres 1 rood 12 perches respectively, more or less,
situate in the Maungatautari Survey District, and being a
road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the Waotu
North No. 3D Block (No. 52218d) :-
Road containing 18 acres 3 roods 6 perches: Commencing
at a point on the eastern boundary of the Waotu North No.
3F Block at a distance of 390 links or thereabouts from its
south-eastern angle. Bounded towards the north generally
by lines, 363, 335.8, 497.9, 962-9, 150, 690-7, 330-8, 200-1,
440-2, 1141.4, 719-6, 698-2, and 610-9 links respectively;
towards the south generally by lines, 101-6, 547-5, 684-4, 719-6,
1099-8, 612-2, 1001, 292-6, 468-5, 346-2, and 287 links respec-
tively; and towards the west by a line, 100 links, to the
commencing-point.
Road containing 6 acres 1 rood 12 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the Waotu North No. 3D
Block aforesaid at a distance of 2500 links or thereabouts
from its north-western angle, being the middle of the road
last above referred to; and thence continuing southerly
generally for a distance of 6203 links or thereabouts to its
junction with the road hereinbefore described.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Map No. 5065B, deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland.

All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 2 roods 24 perches, 1 acre
1 rood 20 perches, and 4 acres 1 rood 10 perches respectively,
more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District,
and being portions of road-lines, 100 links wide and varying
in width, traversing portions of the Waotu North No. 3E
Block (No. 52213e).
Portion containing 2 roods 24 perches: Commencing at the
north-west angle of the aforesaid block. Bounded towards the
north by a line, 539-4 links; towards the south by a line,
501-6 links; and towards the west by a line, 262 links, to the
commencing-point.
Portion containing 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches: Commencing
at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block
at a distance of 4652.7 links from its north-western angle.
Bounded towards the north by a line, 758-5 links; towards
the south by a line, 645-2 links; and towards the west by a
line, 465-2 links, to the commencing-point.
Portion containing 4 acres 1 rood 10 perches: Commencing
at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block
at a distance of 121 links or thereabouts to the eastward of the
eastern angle of the portion of road last hereinbefore de-
scribed, being the middle of the road last above referred to;
and thence continuing southerly generally for a distance of
3399 links or thereabouts to a point on the south-eastern
angle of the aforesaid block at a distance of 3410 links or
thereabouts from its north-eastern angle.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are
delineated on Map No. 5065B, deposited in the Survey Office,
Auckland.

containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 8 perches,
more or less, situate in the Maungatautari Survey District,
and being a road-line, 100 links wide and upwards, traversing
the north-eastern portion of the Waotu North No. 1c (No.
52211c); commencing at a point on the northern boundary of
the aforesaid block at a distance of 1626-8 links or there-
abouts from its north-eastern angle, being the middle of the
road above referred to; and thence continuing south-easterly
and easterly for a total distance of 2205 links or thereabouts
to the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block to its junction
with a road (containing 3 acres 2 roods 17 perches) which
