NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Waitara, on the 17th day of September,
1889, for investigating the several cases mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder; at which time and place all persons
interested in the said cases, and having objections to any
of the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

SCHEDULE.

  1. A LEASE dated the 12th day of July, 1882, of land called
    Mokau-Mohakatino No. 1, made by Heremia te Aria and
    others to Joshua Jones.

Land Transfer Act Notices.

APPLICATION having been made to me by JOHN
THOMAS QUIN for the issue to him of a provisional
certificate of title for Section 33, Block X., Ngaire Survey
District, contained in certificate of title, Vol. ix., folio 288,
and a statutory declaration having been lodged with me of
the loss of such certificate, I hereby give notice that I shall
issue the provisional certificate of title as requested at the
expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette
containing this notice, unless in the meantime a caveat be
lodged forbidding the same.

Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Wealth of Nations Quartz-mining Company as a
Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is to be the Wealth of Nations
    Quartz-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Crushington,
    near Reefton, in the Provincial District of Nelson.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated
    at Chapel Street, Greymouth, in the Provincial District of
    Westland.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is thirty-two
    thousand five hundred pounds, in thirty-two thousand five
    hundred shares of one pound each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-five
    thousand nine hundred and seventy-two, being not less than
    two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.

  7. The amount already paid up is ten shillings.

  8. The name of the Manager is William Rae.
