Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Leasing as Small
Grazing Runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the sixth section of "The Land
Act, 1885," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from
and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of
the eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-eight, by His Excellency the Governor, setting
apart the sections of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
for leasing as small grazing runs, shall be and the same are
hereby revoked in so far as they relate to the runs mentioned
in the Schedule hereto.

Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley,
of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron
Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and
of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron
Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George; Governor and Com-
mander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-
Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal
of the said Colony, at the Government House,
at Wellington, this first day of August, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-nine.

District for Perpetual Leasing.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the sixth section of "The Land Act,
1885," and of every other power and authority enabling him
in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke the
Proclamation dated the twenty-sixth day of February, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, in so far as it
relates to the section of land enumerated in the Schedule
hereto, which was set apart for leasing under the provisions
of Part IV. of "The Land Act, 1885."

MOUNT CERBERUS SURVEY DISTRICT.
SECTION No. 2, Block IX., 369 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
