NOTICE.

NOTICE.—Application having been made for issue of

provisional certificate of title to Section 704, Hoki-
tika, fronting on Hamilton Street, containing 13 perches,
registered Vol. ii., folio 479, of which JAMES CRAIG is
registered Proprietor, and satisfactory proof having been
made to me, by statutory declaration, of the loss of the
original certificate of title to the said section, I hereby give
notice that, at the expiration of fourteen days from the
gazetting of this notice, unless caveat be lodged forbidding
the same, I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title
as requested.

Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Half-century Gold-mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1886."

1. The name of the company is to be the Half-century
   Gold-mining Company (Limited).
2. The place of intended operations is at Nenthorn, in the
   Provincial District of Otago.
3. The registered office of the company will be situated
   at Waihemo Grange, Dunback, in the said Provincial Dis-
   trict.
4. The nominal capital of the company is four thousand
   eight hundred pounds, in four thousand eight hundred shares
   of one pound each.
5. The number of shares subscribed for is four thousand
   eight hundred, being not less than two-thirds of the entire
   number of shares in the company.
6. The number of paid-up shares, if any, is nil.
7. The amount already paid up is two thousand four
