I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Half-century Gold-mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1886."
- The name of the company is to be the Half-century
Gold-mining Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is at Nenthorn, in the
Provincial District of Otago. - The registered office of the company will be situated
at Waihemo Grange, Dunback, in the said Provincial Dis-
trict. - The nominal capital of the company is four thousand
eight hundred pounds, in four thousand eight hundred shares
of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is four thousand
eight hundred, being not less than two-thirds of the entire
number of shares in the company. - The number of paid-up shares, if any, is nil.
- The amount already paid up is two thousand four
hundred pounds, or ten shillings per share. - The name of the Manager is Arthur Buck Kitchener, of
Waihemo Grange aforesaid. - The names, addresses, and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
are as follow:-
