William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred on him by "The Native Land Act, 1888," and
acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that all
restrictions imposed by the said certificate of title on the
alienation of the said lands are hereby removed.

of July, 1889.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS application has been made to the Governor
in Council by Rangitopea, the Native owner of the
land described in the second column of the Schedule hereto,
praying that the restrictions on the alienation of such lands
contained in the certificate of title, bearing date the twenty-
seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
two, described in the first column of the said Schedule, may
be removed: And whereas it appears expedient to grant such
application:

of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred on him by "The Native Land Act, 1888," and
acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council

Hohepa Kopiri, Enoka Hobepa Kopiri, and Hemi Hohepa
Kopiri (a successor), comprising a majority in number of the
Native owners of the land described in the second column of
the Schedule hereto, praying that the restrictions on the
alienation of such lands contained in the Crown grant, bearing
date the nineteenth day of December, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-seven, described in the first column of
the said Schedule, may be removed: And whereas it appears
expedient to grant such application:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Right Honourable
William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred on him by "The Native Land Act, 1888," and act-
ing with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that all
restrictions imposed by the said Crown grant on the aliena-
tion of the said lands are hereby removed.
