Gold-mining Leases cancelled

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has
been pleased to pronounce the under-mentioned gold-
mining leases cancelled, and that the ground is now open for
application as if no lease of the said ground had ever been
applied for:—

Smile of Fortune Quartz-mining Company; Section 5,
Block X., 16 acres 1 rood 15 perches, Ngakawau, Karamea
Mining District. No. 1261.

Frederick Ray, for the Monatiri Gold-mining Company;
Section 8, Block X., Ngakawau, Karamea Mining District,
11 acres and 33 perches. No. 1326.

Smile of Fortune Gold-mining Company (Limited); Sec-
tion 54, Block II., Kawatiri, Karamea Mining District,
13 acres and 5 perches. No. 1435.
