IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND :
DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
NOTICE is hereby given that it has, under section
81 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1886," been
certified to this Court that there had become owing to the
certified Surveyor named in the first column in the Schedule
herein the sum set opposite his name in the second column,
by the Native owners of the land mentioned in the third
column, for a survey of such land made by the said Surveyor.

And further notice is hereby given that, at a sitting of the
Court to be held at Shortland, Thames, on the 5th day of
March, 1889, order will, unless cause be then shown to the
contrary, be made in favour of the said Surveyor,
charging the estate and interest of the Native owners of the
said land with the whole or such part of the said cost of
survey so made for them as the Court may deem fit.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner's
Court will be held, under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Opotiki, on the 14th day of February,
1889, for investigating the several cases mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons
interested in the said cases, and having objections to any of
the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

A MORTGAGE dated the 19th September, 1888, of Allotment
No. 152, Parish of Waioeka, County of Opotiki, made to
Mortague Percival Somervail and Binny Hamilton Somer-
vail by Katerina Gundry.
A conveyance dated the 22nd December, 1888, of Allot-
ments Nos. 86, 87, 88, and 89, Town of Richmond, County
of Rotorua, made to the Right Reverend John Edmund
Luck, O.S.B., by Raima Urutamona.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner's
Court will be held, under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Whanganui, on Friday, the 1st day of
February next ensuing, for investigating the transactions
relative to lands known as the cases mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons
interested in the said cases, and having objections to urge,
are hereby notified to attend.

No. 1. A transfer dated the 31st day of August, 1882, of
land called Maeneene, situated at Waitotara, in the Pro-
vincial District of Wellington, made to Edward Andrews by
Taherangi (otherwise called Toherangi), Ihaka Takarangi,
Huirangi, Horopapera Pukeke, Te Rangiirunga, Hare Tepene
Whakapae, Ihaka Takarangi the younger, Tiopira Taka-
rangi, Nganru Takarangi, Arihia Hiraka Tuhua, Naima Hine-
tura, and Piripi te Rangiirunga, and Horopapera Pukeke as
Trustees for certain minors.
No. 2. A transfer dated the 28th day of June, 1887, of the
land aforementioned, made to the said Edward Andrews by Uru
te Angina, as Trustee for certain minors.
No. 3. A transfer dated the 12th day of December, 1888,
of the land aforementioned, made to the said Edward Andrews
by Pohorama Takarangi.
No. 4. A release of mortgage dated the 18th day of
January, 1889, of part of land called Upokongaro No. 2,
situated on the left bank of the Whanganui River, in the
Provincial District of Wellington, made to Augustine
Giorgietti by Keruihi te Ope.
