Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Minerva Gold-mining Company (Limited) as a
Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1886."

1. The name of the company is to be the Minerva Gold-
   mining Company (Limited).
